NSPA 2012 Annual General Meeting, Exhibit and Job Fair
The Nova Scotia Physiotherapy Association will be hosting its Annual General Meeting, Exhibit and 4th Annual Job Fair on Saturday, March 31, 2012. Join us this year for your most effective opportunity to promote your organization / company to physiotherapists in Atlantic Canada!
The exhibit will be a one-day event, running from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturday, March 31. Prime viewing times will be during the morning break (10:00 – 10:30) and at lunch. The food service tables for morning break and lunch will be strategically placed to encourage flow throughout the show area. We will also be offering our “Passport to Prizes” once again. We invite our exhibitors and sponsors to donate a door prize for the passport draw.
The cost per exhibit table is $375 ($325 if payment is received by February 10, 2012), or $550 for a double booth. There are three levels of sponsorship outlined on the ticket order form (please note that sponsorships do not include an exhibit table).
The AGM & Exhibit will be held on the St. Mary’s University Campus, in the Loyola Complex. Materials handling for exhibitors requiring pre-shipment of products to the show site will be managed through Global Conventions. Please contact the undersigned if you require details.
